Recent Carmién Tea travels included visits to Biofach in Germany, Foodex in Japan and Gulfood in Dubai, the one place where the world gathers annually to source from an unrivalled F&B product showcase, handpicked from every corner of the globe.
Gulfood 2023 hosted a record 5000+ exhibitors from over 125 countries, unveiling new business opportunities. This was by far the busiest Gulfood we ever attended and was visited by a record number of people.
Besides making many new contacts, Gulfood was also a great opportunity to meet up with our existing international customers. As a result we re-launched 6 Carmién Tea products with a well-known e-commerce store in the UAE.
We also met with a leading retailer, not only the UAE but also in a number of GCC countries and have now registered 8 Carmién Tea products in Saudi Arabia which is very exciting as this market is by far the biggest in the region.
Biofach, the world’s largest organic food and agriculture trade fair, was once again an opportunity to prioritize and strengthen relations with existing international clients. Biofach boasted an attendance of 2774 exhibitors and approximately 46 700 trade visitors from around 130 countries. It was heartwarming to see that our Carmién Tea product offerings and new developments are on par with international trends. We look forward to a prosperous year continuing to build on our Carmién values of customer first (bulk or packed), best quality and service, direct from the farm.
